Terms & Conditions
General
All goods are sold upon the following terms and conditions unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Prices
Prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling. Prices apply to UK mainland destinations only.
VAT
Prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable VAT which shall be paid in addition to the price.
Despatch
Dates quoted by the seller are given in good faith and are provided as indicative despatch dates only. The indicative delivery dates quoted apply to UK mainland destinations only.
Delivery Fees
The prices quoted are exclusive of delivery/freight charges.
Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to make part shipments/deliveries.
Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing payment for each item shall be made on a net monthly account basis (subject to satisfactory account opening).
Cancellation and Returns
Items cannot be cancelled or returned unless agreed by us in writing
with the exception of damaged or faulty goods which must be notified
to us within 3 days of the date of delivery or immediately upon noticing
the product is malfunctioning
Title of Goods
The title of goods will remain with 1st Insulation Partners until full
payment is received.
